Refund policy

Celegant Return and Refund Policy

At Celegant, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Returns

• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
• Items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
• To start a return, please contact us at info@celegant.ca with your order details.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges.
• If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@celegant.ca within 24 hours of placing the order.

Return Process & Fees

• Return Method: Returns must be shipped back to us by mail.
• Return Label: A free prepaid return label can be downloaded and printed once your return is approved.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
